Tender Description
The City of Greater Dandenong is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified organisations interested in providing Construction Works/Services to the City.
A contract / agreement will be entered into between the Council and the selected Service Provider following a subsequent tendering process.
The main objectives of the Construction Works/Service are based on -
the refurbishment of the Springvale Town Hall generally involving civil works and landscaping, mechanical infrastructures, electrical and IT systems and hydraulic works. The renovation will need to commence in October 2016 and be completed by March 2017.
The purpose of the EOUI is
* To provide enough information for potential respondents to decide if they wish to express an interest in tendering for the provision of the Construction Works/Service.
* To advise respondents of the information required to be submitted to Council.
* To identify potential tenderers.
* To short list potential tenderers who will be invited to submit formal tenders for the Works/Service.
The City of Greater Dandenong is seeking the services of a head contractor for the works associated with the refurbishment of the Springvale Town Hall.
The work is intended to occur between October 2016 and March 2017 and involves in general,
* Civil and structural works including some demolition,
* Landscaping works,
* Mechanical infrastructure,
* Electrical and IT systems, and
* Hydraulic works
