Tender Description
Suitably qualified contractors are invited to submit prices in accordance with the attached Request For Tender documents relating to the establishment of a new regional depot facility for Ausgrid, located at 53 Weakley's Drive Beresfield.
Tenders will close strictly at 11.00 am on Wednesday 22 June 2016.
In addition to the assessment criteria detailed in the RFT, the following mandatory criteria will apply:
1. Attendance at pre-tender meeting;
2. WHS Management Systems certified to AS/NZS 4801
3. Environmental Management Systems certified to AS/NZS 14001
4. Quality Management Systems certified to AS/NZS/ISO 9001
5. Satisfactory evidence of the completion of two Managing Contractor or Design and Construct projects over $5 million in value within the last 3 years.
The mandatory pre-tender meeting will commence at 10:00am on Wednesday 25 May 2016 at the site of the new depot, 53 Weakleys Drive Beresfield NSW 2322. This will be followed by a tour of the existing facilities at Rutherford and concluding with a tour of the Benchmark Project, Ausgrid's Ourimbah Depot.
