Council is seeking tenders from experienced contractors for the Design and Construction of Moama Changing Places Facility
The key objectives of the project are to:
• Deliver an accredited Changing Places Facility that meets or exceeds the Changing Places Design Specifications 2020.
• Improve accessibility, dignity, and inclusion for people with disability, carers, and families.
• Enhance safety, visibility, and passive surveillance within the Meninya Street precinct.
• Provide a durable, low-maintenance public amenities facility suitable for high visitation and long-term use.
• Contribute positively to the public realm through high-quality design, wayfinding, and opportunities for public art.
