Provision of Carpentry Maintenance Services - Council Owned Buildings and Facilities

⁠⁠⁠Horsham Rural City Council owns and operates a number of buildings and facilities.  These buildings and facilities contain a considerable number of carpentry fixtures, fittings, and equipment internally and externally, that require maintenance throughout their lives.

Council is seeking to engage a panel of appropriately qualified and skilled contractors to undertake works on behalf of Council.

Tenderers must acknowledge that works under this Contract are not guaranteed, works are to be carried out on Council’s existing buildings and facilities only. When improvement/upgrade works have an estimated value greater than $20,000, quotations will be sought from the panel of Contractors in accordance with Council’s Procurement Policy.

This contract does not include the provision of new works.

This contract will be awarded for an initial three (3) year term with an option at Council’s sole discretion to offer a second, three (3) year term of contract. (13. TERM OF CONTRACT Conditions Apply)

Tenders marked “Contract 16/022 Provision of Carpentry Maintenance Services” should be uploaded to the e Tender Portal on Council’s website at www.tendersearch.com.au/horsham-rural-city-council/. Alternatively, hard copies may be deposited at Council’s Tender Box which is located in the main reception area of the Municipal Offices, 18 Roberts Avenue, Horsham, or posted to: -

to enable the Tender to be deposited in the Tender Box by the time and date stipulated.

An original tender plus one photocopy must be lodged if in hard copy.

Council is not bound to accept any or lowest tender.

Late tenders will not be considered.

Electronic Tenders will only be accepted through Council’s e Tendering Portal.
