SMCT would like to invite you to submit a tender for Services, encompassing the requirements outlined in the attached RFT.
The purpose of this RFT is to source suitable respondents who can meet /exceed the requirements. RFT respondents are to address the requirements in accordance with best practice principles. To be considered, respondents must be the holder of a current commercial builder's Licence.
Note that the attached RFT drawings are indicative and that it is up to the Tenderers to confirm the specifications on site or via SMCT 's contact person.
If you are interested in providing a response for these works, please ensure that you complete and provide the requested information and documentation. Responses must be received by no later than 3.00pm Tuesday 26 April 2016.

To ensure clarity of the scope of works required for successful delivery of this RFT, it is strongly recommended that all Tenderers attend a half hour site briefing at Bunurong Memorial Park at 9.00am Friday 8th April 2016. Meeting at Reception, Customer Care building / location. Site Visit Contact will be Alvin Castro on phone: 0417-938-898.
All questions must be submitted by 3.00pm Wednesday 13 April 2016, and will be responded to no later than 3.00pm Friday 15 April 2016.
