Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified Contractor for the programmed cleaning of Council’s Community and Civic Centre, internally and externally.
The facility located on Hampshire Road Sunshine is currently being constructed and is due for completion the end of May 2016. Council anticipates the cleaning contract will commence in June or July 2016.
The cleaning will encompass seven (7) levels that will include a library, customer service, Council and community meeting rooms, office areas and tenant partner areas.
Two mandatory, one (1) hour tender briefings will be held on-site and will include a site inspection. Details are contained within the Invitation to Tender. Questions resulting from the briefing will need to be lodged through Tender Search.
