Horsham Rural City Council (HRCC) invites contractors with extensive experience in road construction to tender for the road widening of Golf Course Road - Stage 4.

The project deliverables include, but are not limited to, the following:
* To complete Golf Course Road - Stage 4 widening project as per the tender/contract documents and to the satisfaction of the Superintendent of HRCC within the acceptable time frame and tender price.
* The projects will include earthworks, drainage works, kerb & channel construction, road pavement construction, and driveway and naturestrip reinstatement.

Tenders Close 2.00 Pm Wednesday 20th April 2016.

Tenders marked “Contract 16/017 "Golf Course Road - Stage 4 Road Widening” should be uploaded to the e Tender Portal on Council’s website at www.tendersearch.com.au/horsham-rural-city-council/.

Alternatively, hard copies may be deposited at Council’s Tender Box which is located in the main reception area of the Municipal Offices, Roberts Avenue, Horsham, or posted to:-

to enable the Tender to be deposited in the Tender Box by the time and date stipulated.

Council is not bound to accept any or lowest tender.

Late tenders will not be considered.

Electronic Tenders will only be accepted through Council’s e Tendering Portal.

All enquiries regarding this tender must be submitted through the electronic portal where the option to post a question is situated.

Questions relating to this tender will be answered until 2.00 PM on the 15th April 2016. Questions lodged post this time will not be responded to.
