Health and Safety in Design and Constructability Panel

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement.

This ROI requires submission for persons to be accepted to tender to provide Health and Safety in Design (HSiD) and Constructability advice and assessment services during the planning and design process for road and bridge infrastructure projects, as part of a panel contract. There are a number of different discipline areas and roles within disciplines applicable to this ROI. The discipline areas and roles are:

Constructability
* Constructability review and advice (all disciplines)
* Maintenance review and advice
* Demolition review and advice
* Bridges and structures review and advice
* Utilities review and advice
* Earthworks planning and management.

Construction staging and Programming
* Construction staging and program constructability assessment (including pretender program and construction duration)
* Review of contractor’s construction program

Constructability Workshop
* Constructability Workshop Leader and Facilitator

Health and Safety in Design
* HSiD support officer
* HSiD Independent Verifier
* HSiD workshop leader and facilitator
* HSiD review of documents: Design drawings, Proposed safe methods, Safety Report

GC21 start up workshop
* GC21 start up workshop facilitator

The ROI is for placement on the list to price the panel contract. The panel will be for a period of three (3) years from the date of notification however placement on the panel is not necessarily a guarantee of work orders.

There are some minimum requirements to enable submission of persons to be considered for the panel deed. Refer to the ROI document.

A ROI briefing will be held at 10:30 am, Wednesday 23/3/2016 at Christie Conference Centre - 100 Walker Street, North Sydney. (Attendance is optional but strongly encouraged).
