Orbost Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Bruce's Track Reuse Facility Biosolids Bund Construction Project

⁠⁠⁠East Gippsland Water. East Gippsland Water is investing in the future to improve services to our customers. As part of our program of works, tenders are invited for the following:
* Contract No. 0654/C. Orbost Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Bruce's Track Reuse Facility Biosolids Bund Construction Project.

The major components of the contract works include:
* Separable Portion A: Earthworks and HDPE lining of an existing bunded area at Bruce's Track Reuse Facility (approximately 3,500 m3), and associated under- drainage.
* Separable Portions B & C: Construction of two clay-lined drying bunds (of approximately 7,750m3 and 4,400m3 volume), and associated under-drainage at the Orbost WWTP.

A compulsory on-site tender meeting is scheduled at the following locations:
* Orbost Waste Water Treatment Plant, located opposite 143 Mitchells Road, Newmerella at 10:00AM 22nd March 2016.
* Bruce's Track Reuse Facility, 115 Bruce Road Nungurner Victoria 3909, at 1:00PM on 22nd March 2016.

A specification will be available from 12:00PM Friday 11th March 2016, from East Gippsland Water's office at 133 Macleod Street, Bairnsdale 3875 (telephone: (03) 5150-4444), on compact disk ($12.00 fee applies), email request or hard copy ($35.00 fee applies).

Electronic Quotations may be submitted, in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) or Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) file format, by either:
* E-mail to tender0654c@egwater.vic.gov.au with the above Contract No. and Contract Title as the subject of the e-mail, prior to close of tenders; or
* USB (thumb drive) sealed in a suitable envelope, clearly labelled with the above Contract No. and Contract Title, and received at East Gippsland Water's Bairnsdale office Tender Box prior to the close of tenders.
* Quotation submissions in paper hard-copy must be sealed in a suitable envelope and clearly labelled with the above Contract No. and Contract Title, and must be received at East Gippsland Water's Bairnsdale office Tender Box prior to the close of tenders.

Please note that electronic quotations are preferred.

All quotations must be received before 4:00PM on Friday 1st April 2016.

Please note that quotations may be submitted for one or more (or all) separable portions of this contract. For each separable portion of the works, the lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
