Tender Description
This Project involves the replacement of the existing Aviation Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) Ultra High Frequency (UHF), Very High Frequency (VHF) and marine radio communications equipment at 27 Locations, and the addition of a command channel at 12 of these locations.
(i) The UHF replacement includes UHF fixed, mobile, and portable radios, and repeaters. It also includes a UHF frequency band change.
(ii) The VHF replacement includes mobiles and portables however excludes VHF fixed-base radios.
(iii) The marine VHF replacement includes marine fixed, mobile, and portable radios.
The Requirement consists of the supply, installation, integration, and support of new fixed, mobile, portable and repeater equipment. It also includes the removal and return to Airservices of old equipment deemed to be unnecessary after the installation of the new radio system.
