Significant opportunities are available for new subcontractors who are able to provide facilities management and property services in the Newcastle/Hunter Region. This exciting opportunity has arisen with Broadspectrum as a result of being awarded a new five year integrated facilities management and property services contract with the NSW Land and Housing Corporation.
The contract model and expanded scope of work includes direct tenant interface and an integrated work order management system. This is in addition to delivering planned and responsive maintenance and engineering services to approximately 70,000 dwellings throughout Sydney and regional New South Wales. Broadspectrum is now seeking responses from interested subcontractors who wish to provide services for this contract in the Newcastle/Hunter Region.
