Tender Description
Moreland City Council is seeking suitably qualified contractors for the provision of Sports fields, Parks and Recreation Design, Construction and Maintenance Works across the municipality including sports fields, courts, ridged playing surfaces, training lights and parks irrigation. Council is proposing to engage a minimum of ten providers to form a panel contract referred to as an "Umbrella Purchase Agreement". Contractors will be selected from this panel to perform the specified works. An "Umbrella Purchase Agreement" does not obligate Council to engage panel service provider for any or all of the work specified.
