City of Ballarat is seeking submissions from suitably qualified companies to provide Eureka Stadium Redevelopment, North Ballarat
The tendering of the Project will involve a number of distinct stages.
First, Council intends to engage the preferred Tenderer selected from this Invitation to Tender process to enter into an 'Early Contractor Involvement' (or 'ECI') contract ('ECI Contract'), the terms of which are set out in Part D of this Invitation to Tender.
The ECI Contract will require the ECI Contractor to undertake prescribed services and works.
These will include participating in the design management process, assisting with project packaging and scheduling, undertaking prescribed early works such as demolition, removal of hazardous materials etc (Early Works) and participating in a value management exercise with Council and its consultants before providing Council with a formal submission (including a proposed fixed price contract sum) for undertaking those works to be carried out under a subsequent construction contract (Works).
