LOCATION: Young TAFE Campus, 20 Caple St, Young NSW 2594
Alterations and additions to existing TAFE facility including demolition of some existing buildings, construction of new buildings and refurbishment of some existing buildings.
The project will involve:
* Demolition of Block G, S1 and S2 including glass house and pergola.
* Partial demolition and refurbishment of Block D including extensions and additions.
* Installation of a new sub-station.
* Refurbishment including minor demolition works to Block C.
* Demolition of some external pavements, covered walkways, etc.
* Construction of new external pavements including disabled access etc.
