This tender is in reference to a the requirement based on two selected HCMS technologies provided by Cornerstone On Demand and SuccessFactors, an SAP Company, for the provision of:
(a) A cloud based HCMS Software as a Service (SaaS) Technology Platform with Learning Management and Performance Management implemented as a priority through a subscription service to meet the objectives of the project and optimise any opportunities Ausgrid might gain from this system; and
(b) Systems Implementation and Migration Services (Systems Integrator or SI) with Learning Management and Performance Management implemented as a priority required to install, initiate and operate the IT Technology Platform.
