Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the following contract:
Contract No - 2149 - Cleaning of Public Toilets, Barbeques, Bus Shelters and Incidental Facilities
The Contractor will be required to undertake the cleaning of public toilets, barbeques and bus shelters (1 No) at various sites throughout the municipality and the cleaning of Incidental Facilities. Also included is the daily opening and closing of many public toilets and the gates of 1 No. Reserve and the clearance of syringes at the public toilets as indicated in tender documentation.
The contract will be for a period of three (3) years initially with the option to extend for a further two (2) years at Council’s discretion.
Tenders must be submitted on forms supplied and be lodged in the Tender Box at the Civic Centre by 2pm Thursday 12th November, 2015

Tenders for the contract must be lodged in the TENDER BOX on Level 1 at the Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South prior to the closing date in sealed envelope endorsed with the description of tender and contract number. Facsimile or late submissions will not be considered. Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
