Tender Description
eSolutions at Monash University sees an increasing demand for solutions which seek to place processes on systems to:
* Improve customer service,
* Increase visibility of tasks being conducted throughout the University, and
* Support the continuous improvement of business processes.
Early planning for a Student First initiative has identified that a number of key solution capabilities are required around a core Student Management System (SMS) to improve the student experience:
* Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
* Enterprise workflow capability, and
* Enterprise Integration Services
At the direction of our Chief Information Officer, eSolutions is seeking to improve the University's ability to provide a significantly improved experience for students, staff and others interacting with the University's process, while also improving the management, measurement, auditability and optimisation of those processes. To this end, eSolutions has developed the following Functional Requirements for a Business Process Management Suite.
