Tender Description
Council seeks to appoint an experienced Contractor to provide cleaning services for Council's Portland Public Toilets and Barbecues including the Henty Street Amenities Building and the Bridgewater Bay area.
The lump sum contract is for Three (3) years from date of notification of acceptance of tender. A Council approved extension of (1) year or (2) two years may be applied subject to satisfactory performance by the contractor.
