Tender Description
Mitchell Shire Council invites submissions from suitably qualified organisations or individuals to Ensure that specified buildings, Public toilets and BEQ's will at all times present a clean and neat appearance as outlined in the level of service, during the term of the Mitchell Shire Council cleaning contract.
The contract is tor a lump sum for all nominated buildings, Public Toilets and BBQs and a schedule of rates for any future Contract variations and additional works as requested.
The term of me contract is for a three (3) year term with the option at Council's sole discretion to extend yearly, up to a maximum of five years, based on performance of the Contractor and any other matters which the Council considers relevant at the time of considering me extension to the Contract.

Tenders are invited from 9am Monday 11 October 2015 and will be close at 2pm 04 Nov 2015 and must be submitted via the e-Tender Box available on the Mitchell Shire Council website.
