The Man From Snowy River Bush Festival Inc is seeking tenders from experienced contractors and service providers for bin and rubbish management services and festival cleaning services for the 2027 Bush Festival in Corryong.
Scope
Bin and Rubbish Management Services
Service period: 4 April to 12 April 2027
- Supply and replacement of waste and recycling bins
- Daily bin monitoring and servicing
- Collecting and disposal of waste and recyclables
- Site clean-up during and after the event
- Daily litter collection across Festival grounds
Festival Cleaning Services
Service period: 4 April to 12 April 2027
- Daily cleaning of Festival amenities
- Restocking toilet paper, soap, hand towels and sanitiser
- Monitoring amenities throughout operating hours
- Maintaining cleanliness standards during peak periods
