Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the following contract:
Contract No – 2151 LAKESFIELD RESERVE FLOODLIGHTING UPGRADE
This contract calls for the Construction of new Floodlighting at LAKESFIELD RESERVE Oval, 37 Crusoe Drive, Lysterfield 3156, Melways Ref: 73 H11.
The works comprise the Construction of Floodlighting that is commensurate with the requirements of the relevant Australian Standard for Sportsfield lighting, and generally in accordance with the preliminary design documents attached hereto.
The tender also calls for the upgrade of mains supply power and associated infrastructure to provide a level of supply sufficient to support the new floodlighting and existing site power requirements.

Tenders must be submitted on forms supplied and be lodged in the Tender Box at the Civic Centre by 2.00pm on Friday 30 October, 2015.

Tenders for all the contracts must be lodged in the TENDER BOX on Level 1 at the Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South prior to the closing date in sealed envelope endorsed with the description of tender and contract number. Facsimile or late submissions will not be considered. Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
