Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the Renewal & Extension of Allara Family & Children's Centre (Kindergarten & Maternal Child Health (MCH) services), 15-17 Gleneagles Drive, Endeavour Hills, VIC 3802.
The Allara Family and Children's Centre is a building of 270m2 and was constructed in 1987. The project contract includes extension works of approximately 25m2. The extension works will provide an entry air lock with auto doors and a dedicated children's locker area off the kindergarten playroom. The renewal of existing spaces will provide for a shared public foyer and an accessible public toilet.
New vinyl and carpets, some joinery work, new doorways, painting and some external works will also be required. Kindergarten and MCH Services will need to continue to operate while works are being undertaken and programming of construction activities will need to be carefully considered and organised in consultation with Council Officers.
