Tender Description
A) To identify and engage a partner (via subscription fees) to supply and provide ongoing support of a hosted software as a service (SaaS) environment for the provision of an SAP Ariba Contracts Management and Procurement System to meet the business requirements outlined in the attached specification.
B) To engage a Systems Implementation and Migration Partner for the Solution (A) for the initial system implementation, integration and setup.
It is anticipated that the project activities will form two major work streams delivered over an agreed time frame, these two stages are 1) Online Procurement and 2) Contracts Management.
These stages will comprise a number of phases including Project Preparation, Blueprint, Realisation, Testing & Training, Implementation and post go live interim support.
This procurement activity will be a single separable RFT for the provision all of the requirements The tender specification will be in three sections
1 General Specification for all requirements;
2 Specifications for SAP Ariba Solution Provider for Software as a Service; and
3 Specification for the provision of Systems Implementation and Migration Partners for the solution.
Ausgrid may, at its discretion, determine to use a single respondent to provide all the services required in (a) and (b) above, or acquire single elements from different respondents.
NB the Supplier Briefing will be a single briefing held at Ausgrid's Head Office at 1pm on the 9th September 2015. Please notify your desire to attend by COB Monday 7th September 2015.
