Tender Description
This contract is for the design and construction of a Community Centre at Katandra West consisting of:
* A Function Room to seat approximately 280 people
* A Bar and cool room
* A Kitchen to serve the Function Room and the Viewing Platform
* Male, Female and All Abilities toilet facilities
* Home, Visitors’ and Umpires’ Changing Rooms
* A Community Meeting Room
* Appropriate Storage rooms, plus
* The stormwater reticulation to the retention basin in the adjoining property
* The installation of sewage treatment, holding tank and reticulation to the disposal trench area, and
* The disposal trenches and fencing for the disposal trench area.
* Tenders are required for two options:
* Option 1 – floor level elevated approximately one metre above existing ground, and
* Option 2 – floor level constructed approximately at ground level.
