Tender Description
Council are seeking the services of a cleaning contractor for the regular and periodical cleaning of Council buildings including but not limited to kindergartens, childcare facilities, community halls, libraries, neighbourhood centres etc.
A compulsory Tender briefing session for Tenderers interested in submitting a Tender will be held at:
Venue: Pascoe Room at the Clocktower
Location: 750 Mt Alexander Road, Moonee Ponds
Time/Date: 10.00am on Wednesday 27th of May 2015
The Tender briefing is to be attended by a maximum of two persons from each company. Attendees should arrive ten minutes prior to the commencement time to complete security protocols.
Tenderers attending this compulsory Tender briefing must preregister by emailing cperry@mvcc.vic.gov.au no later than 2.00pm on Monday 25th of May 2015.
N.b. Tenders will not be accepted from companies who fail to have a representative attend this Tender Briefing Session.
