Tender Description
Health Purchasing Victoria (HPV) invites Tenders for the provision of Immunohaematology Analysers and Assosciated Reagents to Participating Health Services (“the Health Services”). Please see Part 8 Appendix 4 for a list of particpating health services. RFT Documentation Tender documents are available to download via the HPV Procurement Portal (https://esourcing.hpv.org.au) All Respondents must register on the HPV Procurement Portal before gaining access to the RFT.
Communication All communication regarding the RFT must be in writing via the Message function in the HPV Procurement Portal. Closing time and date for last enquiries in relation to this tender is 14:00am AEST 22 May 2015. HPV reserves the right to not provide answers to questions asked after the last date/time for enquiries. Tender Submissions Tenders must be submitted via the HPV Procurement Portal. Submissions in any other format will not be accepted. Full details of the delivery method are found in Part 3 Tender Conditions, 12 - Delivery Method.
Late Tender Submissions will NOT be accepted other than in exceptional circumstances as described in Part 3 Tender Conditions, 11 - Late Tenders Please disregard the information below indicating to submit responses in hardcopy to HPV. Hardcopy responses will not be accepted.
