Frankston City Council is seeking tenders from experienced waste management contractors for this new Facility to receive hard waste, separate recyclables, recover re-usable items, supply and maintain transportable bins and transport all solid inert and green waste from the Centre to nominated disposal sites. Also included is the development and operation of an on-site re-sales facility. An initial term of two (2) years will be offered with a further two (2), three (3) year extensions exercisable at Council’s discretion.

The commercial terms of the tender offer are currently being finalised and will be published on this page on Wednesday 6 May 2015. This will include Conditions of Tendering, Planning Permit for the use of the site, General Conditions of Contract and a Returnable Schedule.

Specification have been published that outlines the scope of services that are sought.
