VicTrack is a statutory corporation, established under the Rail Corporations Act 1996 and a State Business Corporation under the State Owned Enterprises Act 1992, Victoria, with an independent Board reporting to its sole shareholder, the Victorian Government. Under the Transport Integration Act 2010, VicTrack's role is first and foremost to support public transport and secondly to support broader government priorities by operating commercially.
VicTrack is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) CN001050 for the provision of Detailed Civil Design and the Preliminary Signalling Design of Pedestrian Crossings Protection on the Metropolitan Rail System in Victoria in accordance with the Proposed Contract in Part C of this RFT.
The works shall include Signalling, Power, track and civil aspects of the Crossing Upgrade.
The Design shall be comprehensive enough where it can be used to form part of D&C contract documentation to a third party to deliver the detailed design, construction and commissioning of the Crossing Upgrade.

Integrated design across all relevant engineering disciplines
