Tender Description
Council provides heating and cooling infrastructure to approximately 150 facilities within the Melton municipality which currently extends over 530 square kilometres.
Our facilities are predominantly located in Melton and Caroline Springs areas; however facilities also extend to Eynesbury, Diggers Rest, Toolern Vale, Rockbank, Hillside, Taylors Hill and Burnside.
HVAC equipment exists within our civic & community buildings, industrial buildings, community housing, preschools & maternal child health centres, libraries and some leisure & sports facilities.
We require a qualified contractor to:
* Periodically service plant and equipment
* Provide Essential Service Inspection System (ESIS) inspections
* Undertake scheduled defect repairs
* Undertake non scheduled defect repairs
* Undertake new installations
The contractor is to supply all materials, plant and equipment required to complete any of the above allocated works.
The current contract expires on 30th June 2015 and the shortlisted parties will be invited to tender on completion of the revised specifications.
