VicTrack is seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations for the repair, restoration and fit out works at Castlemaine Goods Shed.
The scope of works includes but is not limited to:
* Demolition works;
* Repointing of brickwork;
* Construction of new main entry, accessible ramp, entry stairs and modfiying existing concrete ramp;
* Refurbishment of internal and external finishes including preparation and painting throughout;
* Construction of kitchenette and accessible toilets including installation of new fixtures, fittings, finishes and joinery;
* Construction of balustrade fence along platform edge;
* Replacement of skylights and partial replacement of roof sheeting;
* Structural repairs to the building include replacement of timber subfloor;
* Remove redundant, construct and install new services including:
Electrical, Fire and Hydraulic;
* Connection to authority's water supply and sewer services
