Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) is a state wide organisation that helps people with their legal problems. VLA is a statutory authority established by legislation called the Legal Aid Act 1978. VLA has lawyers in offices in most major metropolitan and country regions that assist the public in areas of criminal law, family law and some civil matters.
VLA is establishing a panel of building contractors to tender on refurbishment, fitout and building works within tight timeframes in their occupied premises. The capex for Building Works may range from $20,000.00 to $1,500,000.00.
Each submitted EOI will be evaluated in accordance with the Evaluation Criteria in order to identify selected Registrants to be invited to participate in the RFT Phase of a future Tender Process.
VLA invites appropriately qualified parties who can clearly demonstrate that they have the experience, capability, capacity and commitment to deliver the Project, to submit an EOI in accordance with this Invitation for EOI.
VLA does not guarantee that successful registrant to this panel may be offered any projects during the life of the panel.
