Overview
The City of Yarra is inviting tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to upgrade Annettes Place Playspace & Park.
About
Annettes Place is located to the east of the Richmond precinct and is classified as a "Small Neighbourhood" open space of informal character, covering an area of 6500m2. The park is located at 5 River Street, Richmond, and serves as a link to the Main Yarra Trail. It currently provides a small playground and park furniture.
Purpose
The upgrade works will improve the amenity of the park for the community.
Scope
The broad scope of works includes:
- Replacement of the playground, including play equipment, surfacing, furniture, and drainage
- Improvements for picnicking, including a new drinking fountain, furniture, and surfaces
- Improvements to the gardens, including new garden bed planting, trees, and a grassed surface
