Overview
Power and Water Corporation is seeking to procure a modern software-as-a-service cyber security awareness training and phishing simulation platform for a period of 12 months, with 2 x 12 month extension options.
Purpose
The platform is required to support mandatory cyber security uplift activities and assist Power and Water progress towards Australian Energy Sector Cyber Security Framework (AESCSF) Security Profile 2 (SP2) maturity by 2027.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of cyber security awareness training
- Provision of phishing simulation capability
- Reporting functionality
- Automated email threat response functionality
- Integration with Power and Water's ICT environment
- Australian-hosted data residency
- Provision of the platform and licences
- Configuration support
- Onboarding assistance
- Ongoing support for the term of the contract
