Tender Description
Council is seeking to engage a panel of suppliers for the provision of crushed Limestone material.
The Contract is primarily for the supply and load only (ex bin) of crushed limestone. Cartage is not required.
The schedule of rates contract will be a short-term arrangement, operating until the commencement of a new consolidated tender in 2028 that will encompass all quarry and road-making materials.
Quantities are not guaranteed under this contract.
Supplied material shall be from a licensed extraction pit or other approved source.
Tenders may be accepted from one or more suppliers.
Tenders must be submitted electronically via Council’s etender portal
Council is not bound to accept any or lowest tender.
Late tenders will not be considered.
Electronic Tenders will only be accepted through Council’s etender Portal.
All enquiries regarding this request for tender must be lodged via the “question” option on the etender portal. Questions will not be answered until midday Sunday 5 July 2026.
