This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sports and the Arts (the Department) is seeking to engage a specialist partner to define, structure, and validate the Information Technology & Data Division (ITDD) 4-year program of work, translating an already prioritised list of initiatives into:
- A sequenced, deliverable program roadmap (4 years)
- Executable delivery model, dependencies, and timing
- Clear decision views for both technical and executive governance forums
Note: the department has already completed prioritisation and identified programs of work in broad terms over 4 years. Stakeholder engagement will be only with IT and Data division.
It is anticipated the work will be undertaken over a period of 3 - 5 weeks with two (2) full time allocated resources.
