Tender Description
The Country Fire Authority (CFA) is intending to release an Open Tender for Alterations and Additions to the MANANGATANG Fire Station at 7 Larundel Street, Manangatang, VIC 3546.
The proposed alterations and additions will consist of the following:
- Extension of existing motor room to increase length to 14m
- 1no. parking bay approx. 8x4.5m adjoining existing motor room
- Kitchen within expanded meeting room
- Turnout room with change cubicle
- Storeroom
- Comms alcove
- Toilet with shower & unisex toilet
- BA wash, laundry and separate drying room
- Future carport to house FCV
- Motor room door replacement
- and associated site works, including septic system
Construction is targeted to commence approximately September 2026 and to be completed approximately by February 2027.
Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, and Industrial Relations Management are mandatory requirements.
