General Scope of Works
Deck Works
- Demolish and remove the existing deck, ramp and stairs.
- Construct a new timber deck structure, including new ramp, stairs and bleacher seating.
- Install new stainless-steel handrails and balustrades.
- Connect the new deck to surrounding areas with new concrete pathing.
- Make good all disturbed grassed areas.
Roofing Works (including shed)
- Remove existing solar panels and safely store for reinstatement.
- Remove and replace existing roofing.
- Install new welded aluminium flashings.
- Install new spouting.
- Reinstate solar panels to the new roof.
