Provision of Internal Audit Services

⁠⁠⁠The scope of work under the proposed contract includes

• Commencement date effective 1 July 2026

• provision of internal audit services in accordance with Council’s Audit Risk and Improvement Committee (ARIC) Internal Audit Plan 2025-2029and Annual Work Plans, confirmed by annual review by ARIC and Council.

• One internal audit to be completed in each six months, in accordance with Council’s ARIC Internal Audit Plan 2025-2029and ARIC Annual Work Plan priorities

• Updates/ reports to be provided to each ARIC quarterly meeting.

Notes

Any changes to the scope of work are subject to the approval of the Executive Manager Finance & Governance. All variations to the scope of work are required to be submitted in writing, must contain a quoted price for the variation, and the reasons for the need for variation.

Council may vary the scope of work as required and as may be agreed.

Respondents are required to familiarise themselves and to comply with applicable Legislative and Regulatory requirements, and Council policies available on the LSC website including Code of Conduct, Procurement Policy, Terms and Conditions of Business, Modern Slavery Policy, Statement of Business Ethics Policy.
