The NSW Police Force (NSWPF) is seeking quotes from a reliable and suitably qualified supplier capable of providing commercial car parking rate information and annual reporting services for Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) purposes.

Purpose

The supplier's information and reporting services will support car parking fringe benefit valuations, taxable value calculations, and ongoing Australian Taxation Office (ATO) compliance.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Provision of accurate commercial car parking rate data
  • Support for FBT calculations and compliance with ATO requirements
  • Delivery of annual parking rate reports within required timeframes
