Tender Description
The procurement objective is to engage an experienced Head Contractor to deliver the EDNAPF project via an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process, leading to a potential Design & Construct (D&C) delivery model, under a single procurement process.
The intent of this procurement is for Renewal SA to engage the Head Contractor during the ECI phase under an ECI Consultancy Agreement, at which point subject to achieving project requirements and further approvals, the Head Contractor will be engaged under a Design & Construct (D&C) Contract, AS 4300-1995 Special Conditions of Contract and Annexure, for the completion of the design and construction of the works.
Renewal SA has directly engaged a Lead Professional Services Consultant (LPSC) who is responsible for leading and coordinating the multi-disciplinary design team through the various design milestones up to 70% Detailed Design including integration within an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process and subsequent novation to a Design & Construct (D&C) Head Contractor, to complete the 100% Final Design.

Registrations to be confirmed by Tuesday, 26 May 2026 (5:00pm).
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
