Tender Description
Manningham wishes to engage a contractor to conduct the 5 yearly compliance audit on all buildings which may contain Asbestos (prior to 2004). The contractor will be required to maintain a register for 4 years detailing any removal of asbestos during that period and that the register be accessible to Manningham for verification of asbestos present.
Contract is for 4 years in order to prepare for the 5th year audit.
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal quotations will not be considered.
