Tender Description
The Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) invites potential new sellers to apply to join Category 2 of the Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) Software and/or related services, operating as the Software and ERP Marketplace Panel.
Scope:
Software and ERP Marketplace Structure
The Software and ERP Marketplace is divided into three (3) different Categories of Offerings. The Classes include:
- Category 1 – Microsoft Licensing Solution;
- Category 2 – COTS Software: and
- Category 3 – Enterprise Resourcing Planning Products and Service Solutions.
This Application Process relates to the refresh of Offerings within Category 2 – COTS Software.
If successful, Sellers are able to provide Buyers with Offerings within the Category and Classes for which they have been appointed to and where their Offering is on the Software Catalogue.
If You are already a Seller on the Software and ERP Marketplace – Category 2, you do not need to re-apply for admittance to the Class(s) that you are already enrolled in.

Conditions for Participation:
It is a condition for participation that the Applicant exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time.
Important note: Applications must include a Statement of Tax Record (STR) as a minimum content and format requirement.
Holding and providing a Valid and Satisfactory STR as required by the Shadow Economy Procurement Connected Policy of government.
You can apply for your STR through the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), by submitting an online request.
