Overview
The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing is seeking a specialist supplier to provide Qlik professional services for a mature environment of approximately 60 applications and bespoke business processes.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of strategic advice, technical expertise and hands-on implementation across the Qlik environment
- Actioning the backlog of application cleanup and validation
- Establishing NPrinting applications for publication
- Supporting the UDP transition
- Developing new Qlik applications, including Medical Costs Finder, pathology, diagnostic imaging and anaesthetics co-claiming
- Developing a strategic plan for validation, cleanup and process improvement during and beyond the engagement
- Optimising performance of the Qlik environment
- Strengthening governance of the Qlik environment
- Improving scalability to support future business requirements
