Woody Meadows Sponge Garden Project

⁠⁠⁠WOODY MEADOWS SPONGE GARDEN – Grass Kick-about and Surrounds Project.

Wyndham City Council is inviting tender submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors, for the construction of Greening the Pipeline's Woody Meadows Sponge Garden, Grassed Kick-about and Surrounds, in accordance with the RFT Part 4 - Specifications and relevant attachments.

The scope of works for this project includes:

• Site Establishment, Preliminaries, Preparation, Earthworks & site set-out
• Disposal of surplus of materials, includes all cartage/haulage and disposal fees & existing tree protection
• Supply & installation of specified concrete pavements. gravel paving; specified rock boulders & timber edging
• Supply & Installation of park bench seat on concrete pads, planting to garden beds, advanced trees and plants
• Supply & installation of organic mulch to garden beds and mulched areas
• Supply and installation of instant turf to Grassed Kick-about area
• Supply & installation of specified irrigation system, including connection to irrigation mainline and decoder cable & specified drainage pipes and culverts
• Supply & Installation of specified Weathering Steel Decked MOS Walk Bridges – including fencing to MOS crossing
• Other supplementary works.

Attachment 6: Melbourne Water Build Over Permit - is not currently available to upload at the time of posting this Tender. Council will endeavour to add this document as an addendum during the live Tender period &/or discuss with shortlisted suppliers post-tender if not available prior.

Additional Information

Noting any changes to this schedule during the RFT period, at Council's discretion, will be posted on the Forum for this project.

All enquiries relating to the works or services should be channelled directly through the Message Forum established for this RFT. Queries raised through the Forum will cease being responded to 1 (one) week prior to the tender closing period.

Late or e-mailed tender submissions will not be accepted. The lowest of any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
