Job details
Software Engineers have experience overseeing software development projects, writing optimised code, and provide technical leadership to a team of software engineers. They are responsible for the quality and functionality of the software produced by their team.
Software Engineers are also known as Development Experts (EL1).
This role requires a broad range of expertise to manage the technical backbone of our agency's website. You'll leverage your proficiency in various technologies like GovCMS Drupal, PHP frameworks (like Symfony), frontend frameworks (like VueJS), and DevOps tools (like Docker and GitLab) to contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from building new features to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Out of hours support will also be required for weekly release activities
