This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA) seeks professional services to deliver Phase 1 of its Enterprise Service Management (ESM) program, focused on developing a structured, enterprise-level service management design.
The objective is to establish a clearly defined and bounded service management solution aligned to NIAA’s ICT operating model, supporting internal design maturity and implementation planning.
The successful provider will deliver:
- A high-level design for an enterprise service management solution encompassing ITSM, ESM, asset management, operations management, and workflow orchestration
- Defined functional scope and capability requirements aligned to business and ICT service delivery needs
- Security, identity, and access management requirements aligned with government standards and NIAA’s protected cloud environment
- Integration requirements with core enterprise platforms and shared services
- Design artefacts to support implementation planning, sequencing, and indicative cost and effort estimation, including assumptions, dependencies, and constraints
This engagement is a structured design activity (not exploratory) and must produce a cohesive, implementation-ready design baseline with clearly defined requirements.
