One (1) Lead Cyber Security Admin Operations Coordinator

⁠⁠⁠The Cyber Security Administrator Operations Coordinator plan and coordinate incident responses for cyber intrusions affecting Australian Government, industry and networks.

The Specified Personnel will be responsible for providing the following deliverables including but not limited to:

• Participating in planning and implementation of CCTV system upgrades;
• Undertaking patching and configuration of the CCTV Operational Network;
• Installing and configuring CCTV applications and associated databases;
• Exploring and enhancing capabilities while developing concepts for cyber technical security in CCTV systems;
• Implementing updates to the existing CCTV Network environment by working with IT and business units;
• Introducing technical changes to the CCTV Network Environment using a structured approach that minimises risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance;
• Troubleshooting CCTV systems issues and implementing solutions;
• Adhering to strict Cyber security requirements associated with classified systems;
• Providing advice and CCTV Cyber Security expertise to support several CCTV projects;
• Providing CCTV Cyber Security maintenance and support during and after go-lives;
• Managing multiple tasks with competing priorities and deadlines;
• Providing technical advice on new and upcoming technologies.

Specified Personnel will be expected to transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff and ensure appropriate documentation is stored in accordance with the Department’s recordkeeping policy and practices.

The Specified Personnel will be responsible for producing the following deliverables, including but not limited to:

• Design, build and ongoing testing involved with the new Video Management System (VMS)
• Rollout of legacy VMS sites including technical uplift.
• Deliverables associated with Tech Ops business as usual functions.
