Tender Description
The City of Greater Dandenong (“Council”) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the renovation of bathrooms including construction of a new accessible bathroom at Building 2 of the Noble Park Community Centre located in Ross Reserve.
The project objectives are:
• Refurbishment of the male and female bathrooms to include ambulant toilets and modernize fittings and finishes.
• Construction of a new accessible bathroom to replace the existing noncompliant bathroom, welcoming disabled patrons of the building.
