Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Warrnambool City Council is seeking quotations for a review of the implementation of Council’s Municipal Health and Wellbeing Plan, known as the Healthy Warrnambool Plan 2021-25 (HWP21/25). The review should focus on:

1. How the plan was implemented

2. If the outcome achieved the stated goals

3. If the process for the allocation of funds ensured integrity, honesty and transparency.

The report should also propose a mechanism to ensure best practice in the allocation of funds to external and internal stakeholders to ensure accountability in project delivery.
