This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

⁠⁠⁠WGEA is seeking an AI‑enabled solution to support a small team that manages approximately 15,000 customer enquiries and cases per year. Many enquiries can be answered using existing publicly available information on the WGEA website.

The solution should automatically summarise and categorise incoming requests and, where appropriate, generate fully formatted draft responses grounded in approved content for staff review and approval. It must also identify and clearly flag cases where automated responses are not suitable, such as where customer‑specific verification is required or sufficient information is not available.

The solution should capture metrics on usage and effectiveness, including volumes processed, responses generated, and reasons why automated responses could not be produced. This RFQ is for a pilot solution, with potential future expansion depending on outcomes.
